A sultry cat eye is my all-time favorite look! It’s classy yet totally fresh, and when you’re in a time crunch this winged-out look can be the fastest way to look your best!
Lets Start the Work!
Prepare your eye with primer color base eye shadow of your choice what yew like
Apply a beige ,brown or any thing else what you like eye shadow in your crease to contour your eye.
Draw short dashes of eyeliner across your lid until you have clear and completed a straight line and it make good effect .I like to start my line one third of the way out on my eyelid and have the thickness increase along the way.it will make beautiful effect on your eye.
Use the outer corner of your lid as a guide to begin the lower part for the cat eye. Draw the line as long as you prefer for the wing of your liner see the image . I like to go futher....
Connect the outer tip of your wing back the lid creating a hollow triangle.see the image it make good effect.
Fill in the triangle completly with your eyeliner it make good effect
Apply black pencil eyeliner to both of your eyes on water line
Use a flat liner brush and dip it into the liquid foundation. Use this to sharpen any dullness or unevenness on the bottom of the wing.
Its Optional: Apply false eyelashes.
Apply 2 to 3 coats of mascara on both lashes
